uppipe install

I have an 03 WRX and have done all of my mods myself. TB Exhaust, CAI, BOV. All very easy installs. I have a PDE uppipe and want to install it but i don't feel confidant enough. I took it to a shop and they told me $200, that seems like way too much. I live in Chicago, any ideas. I also want to do a utec, thinking turbo xs, is it worth it.

utec is way worth it.... $200 is about the going price for an uppipe install. it is a big pita, and is very time consuming. its not diffacult, just annoyoing. here are some online instructions if you want to give it a go...

How do you get an uppipe install. The shops will just remove a cat like that. I figured since it was a federal offense they would be staying away from stuff like that. But I guess if they wanna do it that is their choice eh?
