ok guys

i want to know this, i have a jdm v7 sti uppipe, u kno the catless ones with the subaru oem heatshield..

anyways. is the USDM 2.5L sti uppipe the same as the jdm v7 uppipe? and will either one fit on my WRX??

please let me know the facts. thanks!!!

Yes it is catless. Both the JDM and USDM uppipes are a great
"stealth" mod for the USDM WRX.

except for the fact that there is minus 1 O2 sensor bung. wonder if subaru engine techs would notice.

Not if you made it look like the bung was still there with the probe attached to it....Wouldn't be hard at all...I've been thinking about it for a while, now....The only way a tech would know is if they unplugged the probe and didn't get a CEL for it, or they tried to unscrew the EGT probe out of the uppipe....and it wouldn't turn 'cuz it was welded to the bung which was welded to the pipe
