found a deal on ohlins coils for a gc. have an 02 wrx wagon with 05 sti control arms and 07 sti springs / struts.

what exactly is different about the gc setup? lower perch? top mount? obviously spring rate / valving but that's easily changed w ohlins.

if these will fit w/ minor mods [fab/welding ok] im gonna go for it.

i think the fronts fit the existing holes. its the rears that need redrilling..

don't take my word for it.. maybe someone can chime in, but like i said above.. the fronts same rear minor mod

 

im under the impression the front lower perches are too narrow for the 5/114 hub spacing and would need to be widened. any other gotchas would be great to know.

 

ooo oops.. i was thinking full coilovers sorry.
