Break pads noise and no full fuel
Hey guys
I have bimbo lined discs
I had installed an after market break pads and used them for like 20'000 km
They were so noisy so I replaced them with original Sti ones, the noise disappeared just a little but I still hear noise after 10 minutes driving every time.
I called the agency workshop and they told me I gotta do some scrubbing work to the discs?
Also, gota problem whenever I fulfill my tank it never reaches full and fuel consumption is very high.
So they advised of changing my fuel pump.
Any advise about the above 2 issues?
Highly appreciate your support!

Typically when you change pads, for the best results you should be resurfacing or turning the rotors so they are smooth. Sometimes you can get away without it, but it is still generally a good idea.
For the fuel - is the car tuned?

as 04GG said, a good turn, resurface, and clean should alleviate some if not most of the noise.
my fuel level sensor is tripping a code and i notice some MPG loss. but the needle always read full. GL!

Thx guys.
Ya I got it.
For the fuel, it has a high pressure pump and compressor. I am smelling gas now when I press hard.
Thanks gents
