Hope you dont mind the post, but, is anyone on the forum an agent out in the in RTP and Duke, Chap Hill area?

I'm out in California and looking to purchase a rental or two near the colleges if it makes good sense. I have an "agent" now but she's new, never solf a property, and I dont know if i want to have her help me with investing for the future!
