A drive by or a full appraisal?
I think with a drive by you have to prove to the appraiser that you have a reason for doing it.
And for a full appraisal you are going to need permission from the current owner.

it's a auction property so there is no tenant, i currently won the bid for the house but the bank didn't sign the contract for sale yet and i have to close escrow by the 26th so i want to get as much does as possible.
