ok, so i get an email that I have a new PM. i can see in my user control pannel the title of the PM and the sender, but when i click on it to read it, I get a page saying my administrator has disabled private messaging?

can someone explain? seems if pm was disabled, i shouldn't even be able to receive them, let alone someone else send them.
