Sometimes I wish I didn't have an externally dumped wastegate so I could hear my turbo spool ....

hah, but it sounds so badass once the wastegate opens, so externally dumped it stays!!

I'm up. I'm ****ing poor today Did all my Christmas shopping last night. I'm trying to actually get cool stuff this year for family as opposed to gift cards and stuff. It's a lot more expensive this way though :\

3 day work week though - I was off yesterday and we're off Friday

Ya for some reason it really doesn't, normally it feels like Christmas in October when people go super crazy and start putting up Christmas stuff WAYY early, but for some reason this year it just didn't see the same, and honestly... The Mall yesterday was not bad at all especially for it being the week of Christmas, I was in and out in 30 minutes and 3/4's of that time was in one store because their registers where brocken and only had one working one so the line was huge, and the person behind the counter was stupidly slow

I hear ya. It's just gone by SO fast. I've got to buy my grandmothers gift tonight and I'm all done. Once that's finished I gotta figure out how to get everything wrapped

Ok this sucks. There's roofers here and they're unloading a bunch of roofing materials on to the roof of our building. Only they're not unloading stuff so much as throwing it on to the roof of our building. That sucks, because they're doing this directly above my groups work area. It's shaking the **** out of the place

Go complain.

It works here. One of my crews was rotohammering into the first floor ceiling this morning before 8AM (they're only allowed to conduct noisy and dirty operations from 6AM-8AM or after 5PM to lessen the impact to employees) and an employee in a 2nd floor conference complained about the noise (he was on an international phone call at 6AM). Now I have to run around and re-schedule all of our work, even though the appropriate people were ntofied prior to work starting.

^^ sorry, dude. My boss is going to talk to the facility manager in a few. It just sucks, they're raising this stuff on to the roof and literally dropping it instead of lowering it properly. Dicks.
