Love the 04 tails on the bugeye

 

they are work emotion cr kai 17x9 +44. tires are 275/40 sumitomos. the car was lowered during initial install which looked really good, but i had to raise it an inch to avoid rubbing over raised/recessed sewer lids, pot holes, dips etc. she'll be lowered again sometime next week once my stiffer swifts come in (need to order) and before alignment.

the reason why people over at nabisco cry, whine,and say it looks high is because it doesn't wear any body kits, lips, even the stock 03 sideskirts to give the illusion that the car is lowered. the body, right now, is that of a stock 2.5rs. if i had even a lip it would look perfect at that ride height, but i prefer the all natural.

fitment was easy. no spacers, no roll, no pull, all done by adjusting the rear camber bolts to max positive and correct the camber with some negative using rear camber plates which increases the gap between the tire and strut, savvy?

 

Did you have to buy an 04 bumper for the tails to fit? Looks clean nice set up
