Hello all. I am back from the oral surgeon minus two wisdom teeth. They decided not to yank the two lowers that were seriously impacted (read: horizontal) and only nab the uppers. They said there was a 30% chance I would have permanent numbness in my lower jaw and chin if they took those two out. 
They started the IV and it took all of a minute or so for me to pass right out. I woke up in the recovery room with no recollection of any of it. :banana:
The pain hasn't started yet, but the Vicadin is on standby alert. If my posts later in the day seema little out of whack, you'll know why.

He said at the meet that he could not sit down for a week after his were done. I am not sure if this is because the were removed through his *** or if the doctor took advantage of him after giving him the roofie colada...

when i had mine pulled i came back while they were still going to town with a bone saw. luckly i had a blind fold on and was still plenty numb. but a started choking form the bone dust and spit i mananged to collect in my thought.
you should enjoy the next couple days. Percocet was my best friend.
