Pay attention to that light when you cold start the car. If it comes on even for a second, or flickers, that will confirm what I"m saying.
Ok. I'll make sure to watch that light on cold starts. I hate dealing with dropping the oil pan. Anybody want to do it?

I have checked my motor oil on numerous occassions when I saw the light on. The oil only has 1700 miles on it since its' change and normally I change at every 5k. This has been going on and off for about the past two weeks or so. On sunday when driving back from the bay, the light came on and I checked the oil and it was down a quart, so I put in another quart and checked it the following morning and it was showing full on the dipstick. Last night the engine oil light dimmed on again and I checked this morning and it was still full. I have no idea what's going, but I'm guessing maybe a bad senor?

Good call. While your there ask the techs if they have any Gallo motors laying around that could use instead of the EJ.
