But it might be a controls problem your having because of the unusaully warm weather at very early times of the day. Or it's just broke. Hmmm..
your best friend is one of those IR pyrometers that nate uses on the dyno.
Aim at the nearest register and take a reading. Should be in the 50-65 range.
out of range then check for airflow.
No airflow equals stuff not working.
