Both stock and modified cars were getting popped. The BMW that did not get a ticket could very well have been a CHP officer/employee since the academy and their administration are in the same business park...

I know they justify probably cause by a car looking 'modified'

So what was the probable cause? Isn't this illegal?

Wait, didn't he park too close to a fire hydrant, and too far from the curb?

I saw an assload of cops on my lunch up here in roseville.

I'm all for the idea of getting a very suspicious car that is legal just to distract the pigs.

Ooooh. I just had an even better thought. What if during all of this Dragnet crap the street racing deaths actually went up? What would they have to say about that?

So I think we should send out our street racing brothers in force.

Umm... I think they actually have... Normally there is a few street racing deaths a year... I think we are at like 5+ and it's only the beginning of the year...

Maybe since it's always on T.V. it is actually promoting street racing
