Worst thing to hear from a job

You have to much experence....... Yep thats right. A tech place that pays 35-40k a year, would rather hire some unexperienced college yuppie; then me with the experence and knowledge they require.

Sometimes companies like to higher people with less experience so they can mold them into what the company wants. Some companies may think that if you're over experienced then you won't be productive because it's become repetitive for you.

there's also a fear that someone with a lot of experience will not stay at a lower level job for long. Easier to hire someone low-level that will probably stay put for a while.

They do that for the same reason employers love illegals, inexperienced people are easier to push around & mold (as stated above) and will demand less.

Hook it up? I am turning 25 this year and that scares me that im still making a high school wage. There was that hazmat job, but i thought about it long and hard. I have a hard enough time staying awake during 10 hrs of work driving.

So, 12+ hrs of hard labor would kill me,litterly. I would probobly get myself killed. The amount of compation you fellow Sacramento scoobie owners just shows, I don't need to move to Dallas

Thanks guys
