2) this is what passes as an "essay" these days? i used to use the 5 paragraph rule. paragraph 1 outlined the topic, the 3 points, and the conclusion. paragraphs 2 thru 4 go into detail of the points outlined in paragraph 1. paragraph 5 summarizes the topic, the 3 points, and arrives to the conclusion. adjust paragraph count as required based on topic and page count requirement.

2) no, this isn't an essay essay, just going over the three parts (obligations, ideals, and consequences).
