And its no fault of the mods, I blame it squarely on the little crybaby ***got members that have sore little baby vaginas. Im talking 40 year olds with the self esteem of fat, abused 13 year old redhead girls that cant take a couple little jabs on the intarweb. well, i was being a little ***** about the rules the other day. once it was pointed out to me that only some of the rules really apply, it was all good.

edit: I should mention, the reasoning behind this is because my teacher will shoot down any thought that isn't full of sunshine and butterflies.

Moral Analysis Essay
The obligations in this situation lay between the parents and the daughters, the court and the daughters, and the parents and society. The parents are obligated to provide the best care for their daughters and to make sure they lead as normal of a life as possible. The courts are obligated to protect the rights and safety of the daughters. Finally, the daughters are obligated to provide something back to society. All people must give back to society, whether it is by working (stimulating the economy), providing services, intellectually stimulating the culture, or continuing future of the world through baby making. Obviously, there is only one of these obligations that the retarded daughters can fulfill.
There are a few ideals that come into play in the given scenario. These ideals include the preservation of the human species, raising children properly as well as being raised properly, and the preservation of human rights. The daughters have a right to give birth. If they give birth and are unable to raise the child, it is up to the court to find a suitable home for said children. If the retarded daughters give birth, the children have the right to be raised by capable parents. The retarded daughters hold the final ideal, the preservation of the human species. They must, since they cannot provide any other service to society, reproduce what are hopefully mentally capable offspring. This may seem like a harsh reality, but it is for the better if we are to survive as a species.
What are the consequences of the daughters’ sterilization? If these women are sterilized they will not be able to produce offspring, and therefore will not be able to contribute to society and justify their existence. If these women are not sterilized, they will be able to contribute to society and feel good about themselves. There is a slight chance their offspring would be retarded as well, but there is a better chance their offspring would be “normal.”

2) this is what passes as an "essay" these days? i used to use the 5 paragraph rule. paragraph 1 outlined the topic, the 3 points, and the conclusion. paragraphs 2 thru 4 go into detail of the points outlined in paragraph 1. paragraph 5 summarizes the topic, the 3 points, and arrives to the conclusion. adjust paragraph count as required based on topic and page count requirement.
