One of the rear license plate screws is just spinning/stripped on my 08 FXT. Can I get to the plastic insert if I remove the interior rear hatch plastic trim/panel?

Haha. You guys are the best. LOL

I took the trim piece off the interior and couldn't see how to get to the plastic license plate insert from the inside.
It could also be because of the thorough sound deadening/raamat job the previous owner performed. LOL
