What to do in Lake Tahoe?

Our anniversary is this month and the wife wants to check out Lake Tahoe, anyone recommend any good spots to stay at and some places to check out? Also shes into nature, hikes and all that stuff, so any recommendation on hiking trails and nice views would be helpful. TIA

SugarPineCampground, do the hike up to the lakes behind there. *BE PREPARED, LONG HIKE.*

Same for Cascade Lake, looks short but it is a hike and a climb.

Emerald Bay, do the boat trip and the house tour.

Walk the path on the West Shore from Tahema to Wherever your legs tell you it's time to turn around.

Truckee Sourdough Bakery.

Lift Ride to the Summit at Northstar or one of the other ski resorts open this time of year.

Kings Beach w/ a Sunset.

Vikingsholm.

There's nothing to do in Tahoe, your better off just heading back to Sac.

I can't name anything to do in Tahoe except go to the lake, it's fun to walk around the tourist area but there really isn't thing to buy. Usually I go to Tahoe annually but it's just to rent out a cabin go chill at the lake day time and get hammered at night lmao.

If you have dogs, Squaw Valley is holding an event this weekend that should be fun! Taking my friend's pup there tomorrow.
