If you want to have any fun in that car, you need to go to SM2 or higher anyway. Stock fenders don't allow nearly enough tire and like you said, 50 hp... might not be so bad for rallycross but not what you want on tarmac. There's a guy up here in Reno with a Karmann Ghia- he managed to get 225s and a turbo on it and it's still a dog.

It was an L I believe. Completely race prepped and had an FRX sticker on it among others. It was down on Cannery Row yesterday.
And yes, they aren't the best pictures to identify the car from, but I only had my phone with me

sweet, tell him the car looks awesome pretty intense. Gump and I were driving down there and he was like "woah, did you see that subaru! it had a full roll cage." so we parked and walked back to check it out. There were a **** load of subies down here this weekend, I guess for the 24hrs of adrenaline.
