Thee top one was made by a company called Enetech that some of you might remember for bringing us ultra realistic looking motorized squirtguns.

What ever happened to toy guns that could get you shot. Kids these days are soft.

The laser tag stuff was out when I was in Jr. High. My dad borrowed my gun and made a copy with about $5 worth of parts (IR LED, battery, 555 timer, etc) and a windex bottle spray head for the trigger. It didn't have any optics so the range was pretty weak. We were gonna make a lazer tag grenade.

Later I got the white riffle. It had about 3 times the range of the regular gun. We would play capture the flag in High school late at night covering a couple of blocks. Then the cops came.

Then computers got invented and I can stay at home and play CTF.

We're off to outer space
We're leaving Mother Earth
To save the human race
Our Star Blazers

Searching for a distant star
Heading off to Iscandar
Leaving all we love behind
Who knows what danger we'll find?

We must be strong and brave
Our home we've got to save
If we don't in just one year
Mother Earth will disappear

Fighting with the Gamilons
We won't stop until we've won
Then we'll return and when we arrive
The Earth will survive
With our Star Blazers
Best show evAr!!!!
