Thanks to all of you who where out there last night, your suggestions really helped me out. Best time before tonight was a 14.75 and best time last night was a 14.27 :-)

Still need lots of work on my launches but I am getting there. Cya next week I hope :-)

 

jason was late because he was talking to me. that was hella funny. as everybody can see my quest for 13's on stock boost continues. last week my best time was a 14.1 and yesterday a 14.3. i need to get this launch thing down. my last run of the day was horrible. i got totally distracted and bogged so bad i thought i broke something. if some of you saw me that why i didnt step on it in the beginning. i was listening and feeling the car to make sure everything was ok but still hit a 14.9. oh and incase anybody is wondering. that is the new Apexi WS2 that i was running. i havent heard of anybody running this setup except for a couple of guys that had the original world sports but one sold it and the other one still has it.

 

I was just glad that I my Dad was willing to film all of the Scoobs for me. After filming the last few drags i was worried that I might ignite a riot if I ddint get footage of this weeks drags. The next time I run someone else is going to have to carry the torch if we want footage because I dont think i'll be able to drag my dad out every wednesday to film us

 

Thats funny you say that. I came over to my parents house afterwards to get the video from my dad and he had already shown it to my Mom. The first thing she said to me was, "how come there were faster subarus than yours?" IO went on to explain about STi's and turbo upgrades, etc. I guess she figured with the amount of time I'm over there working on my car it must be the fastest

my best run that night was 13.2 AND MY CAR IS PURE STOCK...6 months ago that track was good but it was ****ing hot 100 plus degress but still manage to run 13.2 twice.. heres the old time slip

i was trying to get 12.9 stock but yea the track is so shietty mann im hella disappointed.. on sac raceway..it was so grippy that i couldnt use any other style of launching i was ****ing averaging 2.0 on 60ft damn sac..
ill be goin to infenion next time and try my luck there for 13 flat or 12.9 stock hahha


yea ****ing basterds they dialed me wrong they gave me 14.00 which my dial time was suppose to be 13.2 and they said that its my responsibility to check the board hhaha yea pissed off

don't worry man you'll get the hang of it but your 60ft time was awsome i still can't even hit that where you constent with the 1.8 on your other runs? for you first time out there you did good. I saw STI drivers couldn't even break 14's on previous days.

Also did you find out what was that cel was?

 

i was running 1.8-1.9 so it just needs a lil bit more work on the 60 foot. I honestly think my mods are hurting me instead of helping me. I dont see how i can be running such a crappy 1/4 time unless i guess i shift too slow? I thought i was doing it pretty quick but you never know. I might try stock mapping and see how that goes.

and also, the cel was because of creep.

 

I have a turboback and good tune. MY best for the night was a 12.9 which I'am really happy about. Wish the track was in better condition so we could get better 60ft's but that's Sac for ya. Your car is soild get some kind of EM and you'll be in the 12's GL
