probly anti piracy code like trying to do a screen capture of a dvd with Fraps just shows a black screen. most liekly its assuming that the secondary monitor is some kind of output device like a standalone dvd recorder and is preventing ti from showing

 

Are you at work and want to do something on your primary monitor, or is the 2nd bigger? If the second is bigger, try setting it as the primary monitor.
