A champagne colored tahoe attempted to pull my over in elk grove one time.... attempted. I dont stop for unmarked cars, if they want to write traffic tickets get in a ****ing black & white.

you dont have to pull over immediately if its an unmarked car, but technically i think you have to get a hold of dispatch and find out whether or not 1 of their unmarked units is trying to pull you over( while driving normally, preferebly with flashers on), then you can request a black and white.. i had to learn this the hard way, 2nd time now an unmarked vehicle has gotten me, last time i ran and got popped 2 blocks from my house..
