Wanna help?

I'm hoping to get my turbo-back exhaust and pulley by this Friday. I'll be installing them that same evening. Got the Sac autoshow on Saturday morning, the SRIC meet that evening, and probably a mountain run with the BMW snobs the next day on Sunday, so I'm hoping everything will be okay before the weekend. Anyone interested in lending a hand? I'll have chicken and beer on hand (or milk for the kiddies).

Where do you live? I would be interested in helping, if all you need are some extra hands.

Thanks. I live in Elk Grove, off of Laguna blvd near the Target shopping area. I'll send everyone who's interested my address and phone number via PM. I've had problems with the shop I ordered the stuff through, so I'm not 100% sure that it'll all arrive by Friday. There shouldn't be any major problems as far as the install goes, just need someone to hand me tools if you don't wanna get down and dirty beneath the car and to call 911 if the car somehow drops on me j/k

If its cool and you don't mind a 18 year old stopping by, I'd be interested in helping with whatever. I live like 5 minutes away.

Well, the tracking website says the stuff should be delivered by 7pm tonight, which kinda sux because I still need to get things. So, I'll be stuck at home until I do receive the stuff. I've PM'ed both of you my cell phone number, and I'll PM you again if I receive it before 7pm. Thanks, guys.

Probably just an o2 sensor socket, maybe short metric sockets, another shop light won't hurt. I've PM'ed my cell phone number to you. I'm hoping to get the stuff soon so I can get out of here and get what I need. Does anyone know if B&B supply gaskets with their exhausts?

Well, I called B&B and they said that gaskets aren't included.

I called Senator Subaru, and they said that they'd have to order the gaskets because they don't have them. The B&B technicians said that I could use Permatex ultra copper gasket maker and it's better, if not as good, as the oem gaskets. I only worry that the excess might get sucked into the exhaust. I could try and re-use the gasket on there right now and pray that it doesn't leak, but that doesn't sound appealing, either. Anyone near Auburn or Roseville want to check on the gasket for me and bring it down here? I'll pay the cost of the gasket plus $15 for your trouble.

Aren't the gaskets 'crush' gaskets? Meaning you shouldn't resue them?

If Auburn or Roseville (or Shingle Springs) don't have the parts in stock, maybe S^2 can get some for you?

I called Maita Subaru on Auburn and they do have it in stock. I've called my bro to wait at my house for the delivery. So, it looks like I'll be able to pick up some stuff, after all. Anyways, if any more of you guys wanna drop by, let me know. The more the merrier.
