UTEC Tuners Near Sacramento

Are there any good Utec tuners in Sac?

I'm planning on going to Subaru specialists for tuning. Are they any good?? They have good pricing and they seem to know what they're doing.

I'm moving to sac on the 14th and i need to find some good shops to get some work done. Any reccomendations???

Subaru Specialists changed back to their original name of S-Squared but it's still operated by the same qualified people. See customer reviews here.
