so i cant post 10x a day anymore... the sdk2 is toooooooo slow.
-side note...anyone have Tmob? what phones are you using? i need java, and a media player...if they offer anything that does that. POST up your Balla (able to be used on tmob) phones por favor.

1 second power outage last night took out my DSL. This is the first chance I've had to post from work since I got here at 6:00AM.
So, good morning SRiC.
I called the morons at Surewest who insisted on running through the script even though I already performed all of the steps on my own. DSL modem hooked directly to my desktop, bypassing the Netgear Wireless Router - check. DSL modem reset - check. DSL modem on/off - check. All lights are green on the DSL modem - check. Then the guy tells me he can see my modem so it must be my computer. To which I reply - why don't you look back in your records at the last time we had a power outage (lightning strike)? I had the exact same symptoms and it ended up being your block in the telephone can on the side of the house, despite you being able to see my modem.
It's just frustrating that they have to treat every caller as if they're a moron.
