About the whole bashing posts drama, I pretty much only look at this forum for funny pictures and to laugh about the **** talking that happens. It's pretty entertaining. I dont know why everyone is getting all bent out of shape.

Please don't reiterate what i've been saying for awhile now. Disney-Club does not approve of this. They want it to be happy happy place where we prance in the daiseys and talk about the beautiful sun shining outside, like the rest of the forums on the internet that do this....

Schwartezenhammer can't do his min. wage cut due to the lack of qualified COBOL programmers.
In which the state controller says it would take 6 months (from when they find a qualified programmer) to put the pay cut into effect, and then a further 9 months to restore salaries (and provide backpay) once the budget has been passed.

he was commenting on the millions of dollars it will cost to adjust everyone's pay down and then calculate the back pay and taxes down the road.
makes a ton of sense to me... **** off a bunch of state workers to make a point to the legislature and then blow a bunch of money trying to figure it out later.
