my German is good enough to get a pretty good sense of what they're talking about -- though i agree with PwrWRX about being able to read Japanese, it would make installing those Cusco parts so much easier!

(we usually like to use air tools
) ... and you gotta kinda guess and measure on the height. Look at your stock spring/strut length, then adjust the coilover according to how much lower you want the car to be. If you don't get it exactly rigth the first time, it's always easily adjusted.
