this is retarded though im done debating people who have no idea how much money I have. Or ones who don't even know that i have worked now for 8+ months constantly and go to school full time and put words in my mouth, every purchase i have made on my cars has been financially ok enough for me to still be able to buy a house

Yeah, I don't know whats going on, but I think you're right to wait a little. You don't want to go rushing into buying something as big as a house. I don't know what the market is like in Sac, but if its anything like Reno (which it historically somewhat is), next fall/winter will very likely be a better time to buy than right now anyway. Waiting till you're out of school is just an added reason.
