thats smart business, some of the most downloaded content comes from their stations. they didnt sign an early aad revenue deal with youtube like some of the other big broadcasters did.

going after each individual person who upoads stuff is not an economically viable option, going after google's money is.

exactly, that's my point. They aren't in this to protect their copyright on anything, they aren't in this for the principle that people shouldn't use other people's stuff, they are simply in it to make some money from Google, which IMO is gay as **** (=
