The construction they did over the weekend sure changed things up. I was hoping for the better.. but not so much.

From right around Longview (light rail stations) there is still a 2 lane express lane. The things that changed are, instead of the 2 express lanes meeting back up with the single lane on the right (before Truxel), they keep going. If you stay in the right lane of the two express, you have a QUICK opportunity to merge over to get to highway 5. Otherwise its a barrier all the way to the bridge at Ikea.

Would be awesome, but right after the merger option for 5, the 2 lane express suddenly merges down to 1 lane. So we were all at a dead stop at 550 this morning while multiple semis had to merge over. They give you a 10ft warning before the merge starts....

Mbps is not megabytes, it's megabits so when you get a read out from speedtest.net you are actually moving a much smaller unit of data. There are a lot of things that influence that number; ISP, the speed at which the physical port is set to, the number of hops between locations, the type of material your connection is made out of (copper vs fiber), the type of data you are sending over can have some impact.

Just some of the things I know of the top of my head definitely more information you could get from a proper networks engineer.

He's got a 6 speed now.. what can we pressure him into getting next?

Not more exhaust, because that will happen all on its own.
