This could be a great money maker. The way I see it:

Buy a Foreclosure at great discounts because of the glut.
Combine with a $7000 tax credit(that is 7K cash....not a deduction)
And low interest rates

It is Time to Buy!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to be prepared when/if this bill passes.
