im thinking about doing an arm loan on the other house... since im just trying to lower the payments and then sell it not keep it.

Nice.

Combined with my recent price drops, looks like this house thing is working itself out to be a better deal than expected.

We got stuck behind one of those a few years ago while driving home from Chico. We were behind it and could smell it for a long time before we finally caught up to it and were able to pass. The worst part was that our car picked up the smell and we didn't know it. We parked it in the garage that night and the next morning our garage smelled like it . My wife was filling up the car with gas later that day and some guy goes "Do you smell that? Something smells horrible around here!" She paid for a car wash and took it through the sprayer, that got it cleaned up.

i got caught behind one of those coming off 99 onto grantline.

i couldn't figure out where that awful smell was coming from then i saw legs sticking out of the top of the trailer...
they should have to have those trailers enclosed and refrigerated so they don't stink like death on wheels.

John would have thought she wore too much makeup.

There was another girl in here earlier though wearing those spandex running pants and had her dog on a leather leash. Her dog circled around behind her and the leash being wet leather stuck to the top of her pants quite well and pulled them down half way down her ***. I was trying so hard not to laugh
