nah none of that. The pain I get is mostly in my ankle (the front of the ankle) and in my heel. I know I have a hole in my heel, but the pain areas are fairly typical for standing for the first time in 8 weeks or so. Basically your heel loses its toughness for standing, the tendons and muscles atrophy and you have to get them back. The leg doesn't hurt at all where I have the breaks.
