ok this guy is pissing me off... lol.. i go by his cube every 15 minutes because I need to install a shortcut for him. Everytime i go by he isn't there, but there is always something new infront of his desk so I know he is there, just not when I go

So tell the jerk you're on some project and you'll get to him in a while when he comes back to you in 15min requesting a shortcut. That or play mind games with him and his stuff around the desk a bit and see if he notices.
