dogs > cat

Dogs are more playful, can actually have alot of fun with them, take on walks, just more people oriented. Cats are selfish little ****** that are fawking prissy, can't take outdoors and play with or take for a walk. I really hate cats. I've had cats before and despised every one of them since they usually claw me, bite me, scratch me, or something along those lines and I do nothing to them! Dogs are awesome for me. I never have to really train any of my dogs and are very loving too. Airedales FTW!

cats can fend for themselves for a few days if you go on vacation or something. dogs need a pet-sitter to check in on them a few times a day, or possibly boarded.

IMO, it depends on breed and upbringing. Ask damn near anyone who has been to my house about how friendly my Lynx-point/siamese is. He is such a smart, sweet animal. He's awesome. Our other cat is an american short hair. She's timid so she isn't as outgoing as our other cat is with guests, but with us she's great.

I mostly like cats because of how easy they are, maintenance-wise. Cats are independent, they crap in a small box that is easy to clean, don't require walks and tons of outdoor exercise, etc.

my lil hybrid will listen when need be (he has his moments...sometimes.), i mean... since the fear of god has been put into him since 6wks old (almost 4yrs old now) and yet, when you want to fight and beat the **** outta him....he'll fight back and eat your arm. :/ happened tonight. Crafty lil ****er went right for my wrist.

But then again, for the first ~6 months i had him, he never left my side. And almost his whole life he's slept on my bed/between me and the girl.

Plus... we damn near have a kennel at the house. 4 dogs... best house alarm. EVER.

/blah, bed time.
