not cooperating, getting aggresive, oficer did what it took to safely take the suspect into custody.
EDIT: you act like a tazer knocks someone unconscious and they need to be revived back to life.

so if they charged him and hit him with nightsticks youde say it was police brutality and that they should be thrown in jail, if they taze him you say it could have killed and they should have attacked him, and if they shoot him youde say they should have tazed him.
