Tue day after Mon and before Wed..Nothing special here
We're not homeowners ("Uh, what" "Homeowner's Insurance will cover it." "HUHUH HUHUHUH!") just yet. We signed a lease with a purchase agreement, which means any time before it's up (Dec. 31, 2009) we can show up with a check for $199,500 to buy the place. If we don't, all we lose is our time and rent. The agreement calls for market rent + some extra which goes into a pot towards the price of the house. It counts as a down payment when we sign our mrtgage paperwork eventually. All in all it's a pretty good deal for us, especially since the price is a bit below even the current depressed market value, and will probably be somewhat higher next spring when we'll probably be finalizing the loan.

k so my wireless net wet out on my laptop like 3 days ago. it did it once before but all i had to do was restart the comp and it was cool. this time i was not so lucky. i tinkered with it but couldnt figure it out. so ive been using my gfs comp in the mean time. then like an hr ago i was buring a dvd and in the middle of everything my comp just shuts down. i hit the power buttom and starts booting up but then dies again. do this 3 more times! so im like screw it ill take it in to Best Buy cuz its under warranty. so the geek turned it on, started fine... AND my wireless worked fine.... WTF!? i think i just had to scare my comp into thinking it was getting fixed?

i asked them if the location of the computer would make any difference (my place vs best buy) "um no". OK then tell me why you have the ****ing magical walls that make my computer work
