how so? It's a contest where you have to consume a food, and the person to hold the most in wins something...
It is known if you eat to much/drink to much of anything you can die from it...
If you eat so much hotdogs that the bread/hotdog itself dehydrate you, and you go home and die from dehydration... How is that anyone elses fault but your own?
If you drink 2 gallons of water, you feel incredibly sick to the point you look like you are pregnant and you have massive headaches, isn't it your own damn fault? If the radio station FORCED her to drink the water, yes sue the **** out of them, but she drank it at her own will to win a nintendo wii... Every single other contestant in that contest obviously showed restraint and was able to drink with in their limits since she was the only person who died... So why is the radio station accountable for her negligence?? That's just retarded, I guess we should all live in a society where someone tells us when we should stop drinking, when we can and can't walk across the street... infact we should all live in a bubble inside a room with nothing but white walls... and every day the government tells us when we should eat, when we should run, when we should do everything on an every day basis since **** like this shows that we don't need any self control at all... it's always someone elses fault that this stupid ***** decided she would drink to much water over her capabilities...
the ONLY thing I can see is the radio stations fault is that when she said she was sick they should have told her to get the hell to the hospital... that's it... The only people who should get fired for this are the people who made up the contest, and that's more out of principal then anything. It's not like they planned on someone drinking to the point of death
