Tilted Tuesday
I don't drink enough water... I may drink a cup or two during the day.. Coffee, I have about 2-3 cups which can equal around 16-20oz per cup.
I should probably drink more water and less coffee.

Also depends on what coffee. At work I make my own, it's more like espresso than coffee. Each morning I slowly grind up 3 espresso shots worth of Peets freshly roasted beans in a manual ceramic burr grinder, then brew it in my aeropress. Concentration and flavor makes the regular coffee maker stuff taste like CA 91oct. Usually 1 16oz cup, but sometimes 2. I've tried 3 before, but you start seeing spots and shaking from time to time. Body basically hits boost cut

another coffee snob. I used to make aeropress americano for me and aeropress latte for Inna every morning. I would use my hand burr grinder to grind my tanzanian peaberry light roast beans. Then use the stove to heat up milk just before its start to bubble on around the edge to give it that nutty flavor and use my frother to make the best milk foam. Flavor the coffee with either torani caramel or vanilla syrup. This is now my sometimes coffee usually on the weekends.
Now I use my electric Baratza burr grinder twice a week, I could use it everyday but i'm lazy and don't have time. Thank you Ella. Then brew using a cone shaped drip machine. Makes the best drip for the cheapest investment. I find it difficult to generate a quality cup using a basket shaped drip machine compared to a cone shaped one. The key is grind, and then coffee to water ratio.
I usually drink about 16-20oz a day no milk or cream. Inna has about the same but with foamed creamer plus whatever they have at her work.

I have 1-2 cups of coffee per week.
Maybe 1 Moster Rehab per week.
1-3 sodas per week (try to keep it to one, at the Thurs meets), but really only when we eat out. We dont have any at home.
Most of what I consume is water.

yeah experimenting with ratio/temperature/and brew time has really surprised me with how wildly you can manipulate the flavor/taste/aftertaste.
I also dislike any sort of flavored creamers or syrups. Just organic or regular sugar and light milk for me. Eventually I'll get on your level and drink it straight up, but I'm not there yet

that's how you stay healthy
