Yeah pretty much. I hate chasing down software/network demons but hardware is so straightforward.

word... but it's kind of fun answering help desk cases where the person is complaining that their monitor isn't working... you walk up there and they just never turned the power on... I got another one of those tickets on tuesday....

then this one girl keeps having her laptop fall asleep, and since they are docked you gotta press the function+f4 to get them to wake up, well we have told her how to do this 2390482309483290423 times, and she still doesn't get it... on tuesday she called to submit a ticket and i was on the phone along with doing tickets(wooo im so talented i can multi task) so I was like "did you try the function f4 thing??" her: "No i haven't tried that yet..." Me: "Try it and see if that helps" Her: "Oh wow, i feel stupid... it works now thank you"....

Garuntee we get another ticket next week for the same damn issue
