it seems hard to tune a 4eat but Ed did a good job even though I know he made the maps pretty conservative since he couldn't feel the exact limits. Once the 5mt goes in, I'll be having him tweak the maps to get a little more power

Well then, I guess if you can't dyno-tune a 4EAT and dragstrip runs don't cut it either, that severely limits your options.

I see.

My Chevy Malibu and Dodge D100 truck would take-off in first and upshift into second with the lever in '2', but the Ford van at work takes off and holds second when you do the same thing.
