Yes, McLaren was found guilty, but what exactly did ferarri do to earn the manufacturer's title? they got it handed to them basically because they were in second place.
what strikes me as odd though, is there was enough evidence to determine that McLaren does not deserve to with the manufacturer's title but the drivers get to keep their points? what's the defining line there? the drivers were running cars that used ill-gotten technology allegedly.
it doesn't make sense to have a partial punishment... i'd love to see the evidence that was presented to come to this decision.

I don't agree that the FIA is allowing Hamilton & Alonso to keep their points. They should be punished as well, but not banned from the titles this year or next since they gained points due to ill-gotten techonology in their cars. Also the FIA/Max Mosely made a statement to Alonso & Hamilton that if they cooperated with them regarding any information that was given to the FIA, that Halmilton & Alonso will not be punished. I'm assuming the FIA is complying with their previous agreement and are currently not going to go back on their word.
All my Ferrari obsession aside....the opposing team cheated.

Actually I probably will when my leg is healed. When he originally started he was taking care of the weeds in the yard, keeping the bushes trimmed and doing the lawns. The main reason I hired him was because of the weeds. Mowing the lawn takes me almost no time (since it's so small) so I don't need to pay someone just for that. Now though, he just does the lawns and always wants extra to do the trimming, weeds, etc. As a result, I contracted out the weed control to my pest control company. When they're out here they spray to kill the weeds, do another spray to keep them from coming back, etc. The yard has looked great this summer since I hired them to do that and it's only like $6/mo on average. Additionally, we get less weeds in the first place now that the area behind my house isn't a massive field.
So once I can be on my feet again and operate a mower, I will go purchase one and tell him his services are no longer needed
