nerves in my arms all all ****ed up... when i try to use freeweights they twich contantly and ti kills my wrists/elbows. cant even use the cable machines. plan is just to hit the bike for an hour a day and cut weight and then do a light 15 swim for toning my arms. theres no way im gona be as big as i was durring highschool and i have to accept that
most supplements ( especially creatine and NO2) will recommend 12 weeks on 4 weeks off...2 weeks on and 1 week of might not be long enough to see full or any benifits

you will have your best luck with fat and carb blockers, trust me. that "energy boost" **** is dangerous, omghi2u anna nicole.
problem with fat blockers: you ****s have a film of fat on them... its super gross and it makes it hard to wipe.
problem with carb blockers: solid levels iof carbohydrates are nessessary to stay healthy and recover from a workout
i lost about 20lb in a month doing protein shake for breakfast, enyme bonded creatine, fat blocker, and getting drunk everynight... but i worked out for 1-2 hours a day and ate lots of high fiber fruits like nectarines throughout the day and ate fish or chicken for dinner.
workout was 30minutes on the bike, 1hr of free weights focused on reps over weight increase, 15 min swim, 15 minutes in hot tub.
i didnt help me ditch my moobs but it toned the **** outa my arms, legs, shoulders and shaved tons of fat from my face. strengh increase was minimal but my endurance was nutty, engery was through the roof too. then crash so now i r fuxxored

I'll just keep putting in 100+ miles a week on the bike - the weight is coming off
