the bottle actual drink sucks i'm talkin about the supplement, this you take 5ml before a work out, it's not an energy drink. Drinking the supplement is like drinking cherry nyquil.

most supplements ( especially creatine and NO2) will recommend 12 weeks on 4 weeks off...2 weeks on and 1 week of might not be long enough to see full or any benifits

well, begining to lift weights is always gonna kill your joints, eventually theyll adapt and become stronger.. but sounds like you have the right idea.. swimming is a perfect way to go about it, you can even think of it like a rehab of sort...swim swim swim.. then try really light weights after a period of time to see if it has helped

I'm the same way, I can't have more than 60 days of leave before the new fiscal year. Right now it looks like I'll have 78 days by that point

problem with fat blockers: you ****s have a film of fat on them... its super gross and it makes it hard to wipe.

problem with carb blockers: solid levels iof carbohydrates are nessessary to stay healthy and recover from a workout

i lost about 20lb in a month doing protein shake for breakfast, enyme bonded creatine, fat blocker, and getting drunk everynight... but i worked out for 1-2 hours a day and ate lots of high fiber fruits like nectarines throughout the day and ate fish or chicken for dinner.

workout was 30minutes on the bike, 1hr of free weights focused on reps over weight increase, 15 min swim, 15 minutes in hot tub.

i didnt help me ditch my moobs but it toned the **** outa my arms, legs, shoulders and shaved tons of fat from my face. strengh increase was minimal but my endurance was nutty, engery was through the roof too. then crash so now i r fuxxored

I'll just keep putting in 100+ miles a week on the bike - the weight is coming off
