must be nice to have worked someplace long enough to accrue lots of vacation... we've got a guy here who accrues 16 hours a month and is riding the max. he takes every other friday off and loses no leave.

Whoops I forgot to post, I was going to post something about the hog then forgot about it...

P.S. The electricity in my room has been out for the last week... But laptop downstairs FTW! But not being able to sync my Smartphone or have access to my MS Money or have access to photos/files FTL... But not wasting as much time on the computer FTW!

I'll have to look into that one...right now I'm just using whey pre&after workouts and using Arginine w/pycenogenol to create an NO with out the extra stuff I may not want. Cheaper too!

I can't stop...I'm addicted. I guess people like the added rush while/after working out. I personally like it because I'm becomming healthier and your body releases endorphins after you've completed the work out relieving stress and feeling more relaxed :RockOn - not mine:

Maybe he means NO Xplode?
But yeah...diego is correctomundo on NO being essential to your body. Hell, its a chemical your body naturally produces.

maybe , creatine is also naturally produced by the body, just not in large quantities. there are alot of other substances that are bad for your liver, even more so than creatine and NO2...like alcohol!

you will have your best luck with fat and carb blockers, trust me. that "energy boost" **** is dangerous, omghi2u anna nicole.

problem with fat blockers: you ****s have a film of fat on them... its super gross and it makes it hard to wipe.

problem with carb blockers: solid levels iof carbohydrates are nessessary to stay healthy and recover from a workout

i lost about 20lb in a month doing protein shake for breakfast, enyme bonded creatine, fat blocker, and getting drunk everynight... but i worked out for 1-2 hours a day and ate lots of high fiber fruits like nectarines throughout the day and ate fish or chicken for dinner.

workout was 30minutes on the bike, 1hr of free weights focused on reps over weight increase, 15 min swim, 15 minutes in hot tub.

i didnt help me ditch my moobs but it toned the **** outa my arms, legs, shoulders and shaved tons of fat from my face. strengh increase was minimal but my endurance was nutty, engery was through the roof too. then crash so now i r fuxxored

Hatteroo. If you do the cell Max, which I highly recommend, do it in cycles of two weeks on and a week off. And drink plenty of water during the day.
