Thunderhill in October?
Thunderhill in October?
I heard about a track day at Thunderhill October 13th and 14th.
A group Hooked on Driving says they provide coaches for first timers (that would be me). They have details on their website by the same name.
I'm curious if anyone here has gone to one and what they thought of it.
Thanks!

I went to one of their one-day track schools a couple years ago. It was about $250 including a helmet rental. It was a lot of fun, educational, and we got a lot of track time because they had combined the C & D classes (experienced & pro) so they ran at the same time, thereby giving the A & B classes more track time. I'd love to do it again when I have money just for that.
I'll be going to Thunderhill with my daughter on November 25th for the NASA Teen Car Control Clinic, which is $99/person for basic & some advanced driving skill lessons. I'm taking my WRX, and my wife will be going up with my daughter in the Jeep she'll be driving when she gets her license. All that's required is a permit to participate.
