This showed up in the mail today. 

Of course, I just changed my oil last week, so it looks like this will have to wait another 3,000 miles or so. Oil Temp sensor for hookup to my PSI3 is also on it's way.

The kit comes from Australia (god and kingofimports have been selling them) and they retail for $450. That's pretty good considering the Spec C oil cooler was $900 and the STi one is like $1,500. I could have probably pieced something together for less than $450, but this one is specific to the WRX/STi and has all the necessary brackets and instructions - it even comes with extension wiring for the stock horns. I'm really impressed with the quality of the kit.

That is indeed a nice kit for the price mate, looks really well thought out. Extra capacity on the oil side is always a plus.
I disagree on the lack of need for a thermostat though as it's paramount to not cool the oil until peak temp efficiency is reached and based on my temp tests during normal driving you would be always cooling already somewhat cool oil without one.
