Tell me about... dent removal

Some dip**** put a few dents in my left rear quarter panel. Anyone have any experiences with any of these dent removal places? Anyone I should avoid or seek out?

there is a dude who goes around in the bay for some meets that does dent removals. you should bounce on that opportunity cause I've only heard good things about him.
