for our office we use number codes to put on the top left corner of our mail so the mailroom knows how to sort it.. well the new dumb ****s arnt doing it and the mail people are complaining.. SOOOOOOO because its so damn slow at work, we GET to PREwrite the number on all our envelopes....there are 500 in a box and about...14 boxes.. im going to laugh so hard if our mail code changes!

Holy crap. I called IBM, told them the issue I have and what part is bad. They actually listened, didn't tell me to update firmware, didn't tell me to reseat all the cards, etc. They just said "OK, we'll ship out the part."

For once I got a support guy who isn't a jack ***.

Only support i've ever dealt with that impressed me was Acer suprisingly
