But, rule of thumb.. turbo = higher peak numbers, supercharger = higher numbers lower in the power curve.
Having both is a little redundant, but you can make extra power if you have both to an extent. You can only force so much extra air into a cylinder, so one or the other will have to shut down completely or partially as the other one takes over.
If you have both on, the supercharger would be felt only from 0-2000 RPMs (or wherever your turbo kicks in). Kind of a waste of money on an already turbocharged car IMO.
